THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT SCAM! YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR PACKAGE NO MATTER THE COST. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE, AND THE GOOD REVIEWS WERE ALL WRITTEN BY THE OWNER! THEY GIVE FAKE TRACKING NUMBERS. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE BBB ALONG WITH SEVERAL OTHERS AND THEY WON'T EVEN RESPOND TO THE BBB. HORRIBLE PEOPLE/PERSON! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!
Purchased the polygel nail kit in March. It's June. The tracking number isn't valid. They lie about their shipments. Their return policy is that they can't return or refund anything more than 30 days after purchase and can't cancel an order once it has been placed. I had to file a fraud claim with my bank. Thankfully, I have a great bank that refunded my money. These people are all liars. Don't ever order from them.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Their masks are beautiful, but they fit horribly on my face. I've spent two weeks trying to get them to let me return them. I get the runaround. They want a video showing the issue... but they can't even view videos from the USA on YouTube. Absolutely horrible customer service. Have to give them photos of the items, including packaging. Guess it's one I have to turn over to the charge card company.
Ruined my gift. I ordered a packet of joggers for my mom for Christmas. I received them and they were exceptionally big for being my mothers size. The model is very similar to my moms size so I ordered the same as the model and they were huge on my mother. I have been trying to return them for the last few weeks. I have researched how to return on jane.com, emailed both companies multiple times, and have heard no response. I can no longer purchase a gift for her because I know longer have the money to do so. I worked so hard for the money to purchase her something this holiday. Although, I have liked some previous gifts I have received from jane.com and would recommend some of their products, the return process needs work and reliability.
I ordered 2 masks from Jane deal.com. I am not pleased! The masks are made of polyester instead of cotton. They are cheaply made! What a rip-off $13.99 per mask? They supposed to be native american masks! The worse company that I have ordered from this year. Who put a return name: Jhon Doe? SCAMMERS! Do not order from Jane deal website. You will regret it! Oh! I forgot to mentioned that I waited for my masks for 28 days! Again, scammers, scammers, scammers!
I ordered orthotic sandals and what I received were basically flip-flops! These people are scam artists, don't believe anything you read. If I could give them a zero, I would. I'm a paralegal and they've scammed the wrong person!

I recently made a purchase that was actually refunded by Jane because the seller could not be reached. On the same date as the refund someone apparently made a purchase with my payment information for a $75.00 gift card. Apparently this is NOT a secure site even when using paypal. Beware. This is cause me many issues including overdraft fees.
Ordered from this place and immediately realize I made an error, I called the company, emailed and still no response. I called 10 times and They never responded to the email. I called the card company to cancel payment and a month later, here are these not so cute shoes in the mail. Of course I was charged. I sent an email and they waited weeks later to be sure the policy for returns had expired. I will donate these ugly shoes. Dont order from them. Words of warning, if no one responsd to a call or email, you dont need whatever they are selling. The pictures look good on the website, dont fall it
I placed a order on 7-18-20, they took my money, no ship date, no tracking number? I have emailed them 3 times requesting information on my item? It is now 8-1-20! No response, no package? This company is a JOKE! I will never order another product from this company. SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE. I RATE THIS COMPANY negative-- 10
I have been emailing them for 2 weeks about a purchase I made at the end of June and they are telling me to wait another 10 days and I spent 37.00! Very frustrating. (Today is July 27th)
We order fury slides it took a month and two weeks to receive the item. After several threats and upon arrival the slides were the wrong size absolutely too big, and the item we ordered is most definitely not what was displayed at all. Never will we order from them. Worse company ever. The shoes in the box is what we ordered and the shoes without the box is what we received. This company is a joke
I have bought shoes, tops and bags from Jane.com and have always been happy with my purchases. Shipping can take a little longer, but that is not a deal breaker. The quality if the products that I have purchased has been superior.
This is the worst site I've ordered from... Takes way to long with no notifications to what's going on. No way to cancel either to get refunded. Once you paid for it your $#*!ed. Been a month and no product. NEVER AGAIN.
They immediately took my money but so far no package no email acknowledging my order. I called-no answer. I wrote-no answer. I'm thinking about reporting them. I feel robbed and scammed.

No response except to tell me because the item is being shipped there cannot be a refund. That was over 20 days ago. Still not received.
